Every Commission Includes:
Consistent communication, updates, wips, etc. with me throughout the entire process, including permission to contact me at any point during your commission process.
Choice of the avatar package, an upload, or both.
Head and body base of choice that can be customized with shapekeys.
1-2 hairs of choice.
1 outfit of choice (Socks, Shoes, Underwear, Top, & Bottoms or in place of tops and bottoms you can have a full piece).
Up to 5 accessories (Animal Parts, Hats, Jewelry, Bags, Nails etc).
1 Hand held prop or other extra (added in unity).
Up to 5 color swaps and or radials on anything
Textures and mats of your choice.
Gestures of your choice.
Gogo Loco (added without vrcfury).
Quest Compatible Finger Pen.

Comms With Xumi
_{Important Please Read!!}I have a certain style I’m comfortable with, I may or may not refer you to Xumi for the blender portion of your commission depending on the style you are wanting! This is a partnered choice between us, feel free to ask questions!

Why?
Xumi specializes in more mature and cute/hot models, and she is comfortable with doing so, meanwhile I specialize in more anime and themed/stylized models! I am uncomfortable with making models with stuff such as pasties, super revealing clothing, etc, and I dont have much experience with mature models!

Price?
Pricing is still the same, $25 base price, the only difference is Xumi doesn’t own the same assets I do, you’d have to gift paid assets to Xumi, or use free ones, or ones she already owns.

How Does It Work?
Xumi would only be doing the blender portion of the model, which is the main part, and I would be doing the unity, meaning you’d get the exact look you’re going for! Gifted assets would go to her! Models will always be SFW, regardless of who you commission!

When Does This Apply To A Commission?
This would only be for if what you're wanting matches her style most, otherwise I would be doing the entire process! I will always ask you beforehand!

TOS
- I have the right to decline a commission.
- If I do not own an asset or base you will have to purchase it for me.
- Base price must be given completely upfront and the rest before the avatar is given OR as an alternative option 50% of base price including decided starting price must be given before the toggles are completed. No negotiation. The other 50% can be given before the avatar is given, as the avatar is given, or even before the avatar is given depending on how it works best.
- You must pay me fully within 48 hours of your commission being completed or your avatar will be discarded or sold unless you discuss with with me beforehand.
- You hold the rights to your design. I will not recreate what belongs to you.
- You are not allowed to commission an avatar that exactly resembles one on my store or in my wips that I’ve created myself. You are allowed to commission edits of an avatar I’ve made for yourself.
- All avatar commissions are for personal use only. That means the avatar is for you and you only, and you are not allowed to make this avatar public or redistribute packages.
- All avatar commissions are SFW, you are not allowed to add NSFW features to a model I’ve created.
(This Includes Dps, Sps, & NSFW Toys. This Excludes Toggles, Gestures, & Body Edits You Do Yourself)
- If you decide to back out and no longer follow through with your commission I reserve right to keep the payment you have paid.
- Refunds will not be granted.
- You must follow the basic rules of my avatars listed on each and every avatar page in my store.
- You are allowed to edit your own avatar, you are also allowed to request the fbx separately after everything has been paid for, I am allowed to decline

How Can I Use This Avatar?
- Upon requested permission from me, you are allowed to convert this model yourself for vtubing. You are not allowed to send your commissioned model to someone to get it converted for vtubing.
- You are not allowed to make this model public, this model must remain as a private avatar on your account only
- You are allowed to photograph, video record, and make sfw content with this model, nsfw content is not allowed
- Credit in social media post when posting your commission on social media is required, it is not required in the case that you are unable to due to the type of post or social media
- You are allowed to create, receive, commission, and share art of your commissioned avatar.
- You are not allowed to commission another avatar based on the commissioned avatar you got from me
- Streaming and making content on nsfw sites with this avatar is strictly prohibited
- Making problematic content with this avatar is strictly prohibited.
- Editing this avatar to have controversial symbols, words, or acts is strictly prohibited (Slurs, Violence, Etc)

Requirements to Start

General ProcessPrice is $7After information on what you want is given, and I’ve received the package from you, I will start. I will keep you informed on progress and ask before I remove anything listed not to remove or put the avatar back info blender. I do have to upload the avatars completed quest side to test/see it upload, but it doesn’t stay on my account nor in my computer files. Once everything is completed and tested I’ll look it over will you and request payment. Once paid I will delete the blender file, the original pc unity package, and the uploaded avatar off my account. If you request that the vcc unity files are removed too I will as well

TOS- Commercial Use Allowed With Credit & Hyperlink- Payment After Completion Before Package Given- Feel free to give me a needed by date but I don’t do rush fees- I only do avatars made by you- I won’t fix anything on the pc side, I am only converting- I have a right to refuse- No refunds, revisions allowed
